Title: Chocolate Snack Cake

1 2/3cAll-purpose flour
1cPacked light brown sugar
1/4cCocoa
1tsBaking soda
1cWater
1/3cVegetable oil
1tsVinegar
3/4tsVanilla extract
1cSemi-sweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 8 x 8 x 2 inch square pan. In a small mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; beat with spoon until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool pan on wire rack. Cut into squares. Serves 6-8.
